Yes, I finally have a junior in my department, it was a shock on thursday when I saw how ill-informed he was of the basics of finance, or of the comoany business.
However, today, it was an inspiration watching him focus on the morning session, improvising on what I was telling him, trying to think outside the box.
I think he'll make for a good one, only needs to keep his eagerness to impress on a leash.

Nothing is very clear yet, but I've taken over a junior from accounting, till they decide which level is best suited for me.

O and the neck pain is probably from staring at the Monitor all that time.

i didn't really have a rookie for a long time, but back in my old job i trained 3 people so that they'd take my place after i resigned....
GOD IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!
i am not the best teacher, and i expected to get what i do by watching me, i expected them to ask me about the why's i do things in a certain way, but noooooo...
i don't think i have it in me to be a good teacher unless the person i'm teaching is of higher IQ... so, best of luck if you're anything like me :))
Actually, since I'm a frequent mover, this is not the first time for me to teach.
So far, this guy is eager to learn, so let's wait and see.
