I arrived at work, to find that nobody's showed up yet, including my new subordinate.
He was supposed to start with me today, after making a transfer from accounting, with the clear understanding that I have 1 month to make an analyst of him, otherwise, they let him go.
Now, showing up late on your first day is not exactly my idea of leaving a good first impression, ofcourse, I'm assuimiung he'll show up in the first place.

Actually, he just showed up and excused himself to finish some other tasks for accounting, looks like another hour.
I think it's time I started addressing this accounting manager to let him go.
